What a great 2026 School Nurse's Day Celebration we had!
50 Suffolk County nurses gathered to celebrate and learn about anaphylaxis and the benefits of Neffy. Dr. Lisa Barisciano was an incredible speaker.
Our 2026-2027 board was voted in. We found baby nurse ducks hidden all around the room. Door prizes were given away. Monica Valestrand was announced as the Zone 2 EISN winner! We all went home with a "Peace, Love & School Nurse Tumbler."
Gathering to share stories and laughs is one of the best parts of being a member of Suffolk County Association of School Nurses!
