NYSED has revised the May 21st, 2020 Memo on Student Health Exams and extended the requirements for a health exam for school attendance and participation in interscholastic athletics. Students may participate in interscholastic sports during the 2020-2021 school year if they meet the requirements outlined in the memo.
The Sample NYSED Interval Health History Form has also been updated to include questions related to COVID-19. Schools are encouraged to use this form.
