We’re thrilled to bring our Annual Conference online for 2020! This one-day event will feature many learning opportunities for all: brain injury survivors, caregivers and professionals. There will be keynote speakers, presentations, panel discussions and more.
This year’s Annual Conference will feel and look different- we wish everything from our in-person event would translate to the digital world! Rest assured, BIANYS staff are doing everything possible to bring the fun along with the learning, including our popular scavenger hunt (with great prizes) and ways to connect with each other, both personally and professionally.
Scholarship applications are still being accepted! If you’re a brain injury survivor, don’t wait to apply. We can work with you on membership dues if you’re not already a member.
PROFESSIONALS: You can get up to 12.5 CEUs when you attend the Annual Conference. Many types continuing education credits are available- BIANYS is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s Office of the Professions as a provider for continuing competencies in the following areas: Social Work (#0539), Physical Therapy/ PT Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologist & Audiologists, Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) and Occupational Therapy/ OT assistants. We also provide CBIS continuing education credit and Certificates of Attendance.
